What is this product best for?
Neon yellow is very bright under regular light as well as under black light. This neon yellow will really make your designs pop and looks great mixed with greens and blues. Don't be fooled by the name "Toxic Yellow", though it looks like hazerdous ooze, it is not!
Apply with a dampened sponge or brush. In general, neons are more transparent than regular colors and will need more loading.We recommend that you apply water to your brush or sponge and then load the paint rather than spraying your paints. These colors remove easily with soap and water from most surfaces.

All Cameleon neon colors are hypoallergenic. These neon colors, like in many other brands, are made with pigments that have not been approved by the FDA to be used in cosmetics (the FDA has not tested them yet for cosmetic use) but they have been independently tested and have been determined safe for cosmetic use by independent laboratories. Following FDA guidelines these colors are labeled as a Special FX product to be used on prosthetics, clothing, etc. Cameleon cakes are vegan and they are not tested on animals. They contain no parabens or lanolin to reduce the risk of allergic reactions.
