This is an alcohol based, non-toxic product. Safe when used as indicated. According to USA FDA Regulations this is not a cosmetic product. Use is for special FX only. NOT TESTED ON ANIMALS. This kit contains small parts that could be a choking hazard. It will stain fabric and can leave residual traces of color on the skin after cleaning. Only use 99% Isopropyl Alcohol to remove, dilute or clean up the ink. Dust the design with the enclosed setting powder to give it staying power. Discontinue use if rash occurs.
