Sometimes they come multi colored and sometimes they are all a light blue...varies by batch.
Use dotter sponges to create 3-d designs...like pearls,scales, snowmen, snowballs, and little animals like bunnies, cats, bears, puppies etc. Check out my youtube videos (clashtheclown) demoing these babies. I love them!
