Eye Shadow Rainbow Palette

Trying to beat the heat in a rainbow cake way? If you use these over a water based or grease paint base, the colors really pop in a rainbow cake fashion. I recommend a white base in paradise. Otherwise they are just nice eye shadows for regular use.
