This palette contains 3 of Global's 50gr awesome Rainbow Cake combos and 12 Fun Stroke combos. Please note the kit change underlined in the list. They come in a black case with an insert.

Top Row: Congo is Discontinued, so you will get Leanne´s Neon Raiinbow instead, Mexico, Venice, New York.
Middle Row: Amsterdam, Taupo, Hawaii, Iceland.
Bottom Row: Cuba, Paris, Kalahari, Borneo.
*All neon colors are really bright under regular light and glow under black light. Neon colors, like in other brands, are made with pigments that have not been approved by the FDA to be used on cosmetics (the FDA has not tested them yet for cosmetic use) but they have been independently tested and have been determined safe for cosmetic use by independent laboratories. Following FDA guidelines these colors are labeled as a Special FX product to be used on prosthetics, clothing, etc. These paints contain no perfume to reduce the risk of allergic reactions.
