The Rainbow cakes are: Vegas (NOW NEW DELHI), Aspen, Neon Rainbow, New Orleans, Vienna, Bright Rainbow, Dubai (NOW ANTARCTICA), Oxford and San Francisco.
*All neon colors are really bright under regular light and glow under black light. Neon colors, like in other brands, are made with pigments that have not been approved by the FDA to be used on cosmetics (the FDA has not tested them yet for cosmetic use) but they have been independently tested and have been determined safe for cosmetic use by independent laboratories. Following FDA guidelines these colors are labeled as a Special FX product to be used on prosthetics, clothing, etc. These paints contain no perfume to reduce the risk of allergic reactions.
