This kit makes 5 cones of henna. Each cone can make approximately 30 small designs.
Henna powder and essential oils are best kept in a dry, cool place. Henna powder can be placed in freezer for up to a year. Essential oils can be placed in refrigerator for up to 2 years. Henna paste may take up to 24 hours to dye release depending on temperature. Check dye release hourly starting at 4 hours. Once henna cones are made place them in the refrigerator and use within a few days. You may place the prepared henna cones into the freezer for up to 6 months. Thaw prepared cones on counter top. Do not microwave or use hot water to defrost. Although all products are natural, please only use topically. Henna dyes skin for up to 3 weeks. It can also stain clothing and furniture. Use caution when preparing and using. Not for use for children under 12 years old. Gloves are recommended but not required.
Important: pregnant women and people with G6PD deficiency should not use the oil in this the henna kit. Pregnant woman should only use lavender oil. Also, although Henna has been used for centuries to decorate the body, as of today, the US FDA has not tested or approved
