This product includes

To create your custom build palette, select your first color by using the corresponding drop down menu where you have choices between a shade of each color. Continue down the list until you have chosen a color within each category. When you add the product to your cart you may be notified that some of the colors you want are out of stock. You can go back and switch colors.
If you are considering choosing neon colors, please note : All
neon colors glow under black light. Neon Blue and White are more transparent
than the other neon colors under regular light. Neon colors, like in other
brands, are made with pigments that have
not been approved by the FDA to
be used on cosmetics (the FDA has not tested them yet for cosmetic use) but
they have been independently tested and have been determined safe for cosmetic
use by independent laboratories. Following FDA guidelines these colors are
labeled as a Special FX product to be used on prosthetics, clothing, etc. These
paints contain no perfume to reduce the risk of allergic reactions.
DFX neon Blue, White and Violet are the only neons with FDA approved
pigments for cosmetics.
