In general, neons are more transparent than regular colors and will need more loading.We recommend that you apply water to your brush or sponge and then load the paint rather than spraying your paints. Following FDA guidelines these colors are labeled as a Special FX product to be used on prosthetics, clothing, etc. TAG cakes are vegan and they are not tested on animals.
