No Nips are a soft Latex Foam Nipple Cover. I tried them out myself and they are smooth and comfortable. Use body glue, like Prosaide, to apply them, and use warm water or adhesive remover to soften them up for removal.

You can paint over them with all types of face and body paint without getting very much contrast in paint color on the covers versus the skin. I would definitely try to disguise the No Nips with line work or a multicolored base, just like with any other nipple cover, but they are much easier to cover than others I have used.
They are washable and reusable if removed with care.
P.S No Nips are also great to wear under clothing when you need or want to go bra-less, like on your wedding day with that strapless gown. I have used more rubbery nipple covers before and moisture collected in them over time, the No Nips seemed to breathe more. They also have a matte finish and slightly porous texture, so they don't shine under the lights.
