The label for this palette doesn't include the legend "manufactured with FDA & EU approved ingredients" as the labels on the other Wolfe cakes do. Wolfe Face Art and FX says that their neon paints include one ingredient that hasn't been approved by the FDA to be used in skin products, and that is why they can't put the legend "manufactured with FDA & EU approved ingredients" in their neon products. They say that the neon paints can be used for hair and special effects, which doesn't have a definition by the FDA.
